LEASING AGENT NEEDED FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE!
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and professional Leasing Agent to assist us with leasing at our properties.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting prospective tenantS
- Conduct property tours and answering inquiries
- Assist applicants with the Leasing process
- Process applications, Prepare lease agreements and update property listings
Qualifications:
- Must be Bilingual in Spanish
- NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY/ We will train the right candidates
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong people skills
